These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Online Filter Supply website and purchases made from Online Filter Supply ("OFS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

1. Products, OEM Products & Cross-Reference Replacements

Online Filter Supply supplies filtration products sourced through a network of manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. Our catalog may include OEM products, aftermarket products, and compatible cross-reference replacement products.

Part numbers, manufacturer names, trademarks, and cross-reference information may be used to help customers identify compatible or equivalent filtration products. Reference to an OEM or manufacturer part number does not necessarily mean that the product supplied will be manufactured by that OEM unless specifically confirmed as such.

Depending on the product and current availability, an order may be fulfilled with the listed product, an OEM product, or a compatible cross-reference replacement.

If a specific manufacturer, brand, construction, certification, specification, or genuine OEM product is required for your application, please contact Online Filter Supply before ordering so that we can confirm the product being offered.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate cross-reference information; however, customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their specific equipment, application, operating conditions, and requirements.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, cross references, dimensions, pricing, and availability.

Because our catalog contains a large number of products and information may originate from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and other industry sources, errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences between product revisions may occasionally occur.

Product images may be representative and may not depict the exact product, packaging, labeling, color, or manufacturer supplied.

If a particular specification or product characteristic is critical to your application, please contact us before ordering for confirmation.

3. Pricing

Online Filter Supply works with multiple suppliers to provide competitive pricing across a large filtration catalog.

Website prices reflect the information available to us at the time they are displayed. Manufacturer pricing, supplier costs, tariffs, freight costs, and availability can change without notice.

If we discover a significant pricing error or supplier price change after an order is submitted, we will contact you before proceeding with the affected item. You will have the opportunity to approve the revised price or cancel the affected item for a refund.

We will not charge an increased product price without providing notice when additional customer approval is required.

4. Availability & Lead Times

Product availability and lead times shown or communicated by Online Filter Supply are estimates based on information available from our manufacturers and suppliers.

Lead times are generally stated in business days unless otherwise noted and may change because of inventory availability, production schedules, manufacturer delays, transportation delays, supply-chain conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but estimated lead times are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed by Online Filter Supply in writing.

If a significant availability or lead-time change occurs after your order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Large & Time-Sensitive Orders

Online orders of all sizes are welcome.

For large-volume purchases or orders requiring delivery by a specific date, our team is available to confirm current pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping options.

Customers with critical delivery requirements should contact Online Filter Supply so that those requirements can be reviewed before fulfillment.

6. Order Review & Acceptance

Orders submitted through our website are subject to review and acceptance by Online Filter Supply.

We reserve the right to contact customers regarding product selection, quantities, pricing discrepancies, availability, shipping requirements, suspected fraud, or other issues that may need clarification before fulfillment.

If we are unable to fulfill an order under the terms originally submitted, we may offer an alternative product, revised price, revised lead time, or cancellation and refund of the affected item.

A substitute involving a material difference from the ordered product may require customer approval before shipment.

7. Payment

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and payment information.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, and other verification before fulfillment.

Online Filter Supply reserves the right to cancel or hold an order when payment cannot be verified or when additional information is reasonably required to process the transaction.

8. Shipping & Freight

Shipping charges displayed during checkout are calculated or estimated using the information available at the time of purchase.

Some oversized, unusually heavy, palletized, hazardous, remote-destination, or freight shipments may require additional shipping arrangements or charges that cannot be accurately calculated through standard checkout.

If a material shipping adjustment is required before shipment, Online Filter Supply will contact the customer before proceeding with the affected shipment.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates unless otherwise expressly guaranteed in writing.

Online Filter Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns

Return eligibility varies by product.

Approved returns of standard-stock products may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return results from an error by Online Filter Supply or otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved by Online Filter Supply.

All returns require authorization from Online Filter Supply before the product is returned. Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted or refunded.

Special-order, custom-manufactured, non-stock, discontinued, or otherwise designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us before ordering if return eligibility is important to your purchasing decision.

10. Order Cancellations

We understand that orders sometimes need to be changed or cancelled. Customers should contact Online Filter Supply as soon as possible if a cancellation is required.

Orders that have not entered supplier processing or fulfillment may be eligible for cancellation without a restocking or cancellation charge.

Once processing has begun, standard-stock products may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% where applicable.

Special-order, custom-manufactured, made-to-order, or non-stock products may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% or may become non-cancelable once production, procurement, or supplier processing has begun.

Any applicable cancellation charge will depend on the status and type of the affected product and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules, non-refundable transaction costs actually incurred in connection with a cancelled or refunded order may also be deducted from the refund when disclosed and applicable.

11. Special-Order & Non-Stock Products

Certain products are manufactured, sourced, or ordered specifically in response to a customer's order.

Special-order, custom, made-to-order, and non-stock products may have longer lead times and may be non-returnable or non-cancelable once processing or production has begun.

When the special-order status of a product is known and materially affects cancellation or return rights, Online Filter Supply will make reasonable efforts to communicate that information.

12. Cross References & Product Compatibility

Cross-reference information is provided as a purchasing and identification aid.

A cross reference indicates that products are commonly identified as replacements or alternatives, but it does not guarantee suitability for every application or operating environment.

Differences may exist in materials, filtration efficiency, dimensions, seals, pressure ratings, temperature ratings, certifications, construction, or other specifications.

Customers are responsible for confirming critical specifications before installation or use.

13. Errors & Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect specifications, pricing errors, inaccurate cross references, availability errors, or other omissions.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact the customer when reasonably necessary and provide appropriate options, which may include approving corrected information, selecting an alternative product, or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

14. Manufacturer Names & Trademarks

Manufacturer names, OEM numbers, product names, trademarks, and logos appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

Their use by Online Filter Supply may be for identification, compatibility, cross-reference, or informational purposes and does not necessarily indicate affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the referenced manufacturer.

15. Website Use

You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information, transmit malicious software, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
