Unless otherwise noted, all items sold by Online Filter Supply are aftermarket replacement elements and are not OEM products.

Pricing & Lead Times

• Prices displayed on our website are estimated current prices and are subject to change without notice.
• Product pricing and lead times may change, even after an order has been placed, due to manufacturer price increases, supplier availability, production schedules, freight costs, tariffs, or other factors beyond our control.
• All lead times are quoted in business (working) days and are estimates only.
• Customers are strongly encouraged to request an updated quote before placing an order, especially for purchases over $1,000. Quotes provide the most accurate pricing, availability, and estimated lead times available at the time they are issued.

Shipping

• Shipping charges shown on our website are estimated.
• Additional freight charges may apply and will be calculated prior to shipment if necessary.

Returns

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns of standard stock items.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved by Online Filter Supply prior to return.

Order Cancellations

• Standard stock item orders are subject to a 30% cancellation fee once processing has begun.
• Special-order and non-stock items are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
• Orders totaling $500 or more are strongly encouraged to be quoted before purchase.
• If an order over $500 is cancelled after payment has been processed, any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Online Filter Supply (currently up to 4% of the order total) may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law and consistent with the payment processor's policies.

Special Order Items

• Some products are non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
• Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions regarding special-order or non-stock items.

Order Review

All orders are subject to final review and acceptance by Online Filter Supply. If pricing, product availability, or lead times change after an order has been placed, customers will be contacted before the order is processed and given the opportunity to approve the revised terms.
