No purchase may be returned or refunded without prior authorization by Online Filter Supply, LLC. Return authorization is valid for 30 days only. Products shipped in error will be accepted for return with full credit. Shipping discrepancies must be brought to Online Filter Supply, LLC attention within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Standard products may be returned for credit with proper authorization within 90 days of date of invoice, with a 25%-45% restocking charge and freight cost. Returned products must be un-opened in original package, in new sell-able condition and shipped freight prepaid. Online Filter Supply, LLC reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods for resale. Products made to order are not returnable.
